I don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. My email is email@example.com. Please include your order number and I will try to help.
If an item is defective/damaged or I made a mistake a with your order (like sending you the wrong item), I will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.
In all other cases you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of your choice.
- If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to resolve the issue
To cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours. If I have not shipped it yet, I will immediately issue a refund.
